Lao Assistance Center, there are 50 free slots available for Lao teenagers in Minnesota who wish to explore the arts, writing and culture during the
Lao American Writers Summit on Augut 13-15th! A limited number of free registrations are available for college students and individuals of limited means. For more details, write:
