Getting Lao'd to premiere in Seattle February 23rd

Steve Arounsack‘s documentary on the growth of the Lao music and film scene will have its World Premiere at the 2018 Seattle Asian American Film Festival, Showtime: Friday, Feb. 23 @ 6:30pm, Northwest Film Forum and Broadway Performance Hall.

Lao Voices of the Central Valley book release 12/2

Community members are invited to attend the book launch party of Lao Voices of the Central Valley this Saturday, December 2nd at 6PM.

The book launch will be at the FIRM (Fresno Interdenominational Refugee Ministries). Contributors will have a book reserved for them, and those who cannot attend in person will have copies mailed to them shortly. LSA Frenso thanks you all for making it possible.
